Need-To-Knows

Timing

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time for completion of a pre-session survey that we will discuss with you during the personalized strategy towards the end of your session.
Attire

Wear what feels most comfortable. Our red light beds are housed in private suites designed for your comfort and privacy; for optimal skin-to-light contact, we recommend nude sessions when you feel at ease.
You will be asked to be barefoot briefly for the body scans; otherwise, please wear whatever you prefer.
